Hi Everyone:

Here is my situation.
In my environment, I have ISA 2000 and ISA 2006 as my firewall and proxy
server. Recently, I had took off ISA 2000 and left ISA 2006 as the only
firewall/proxy server running in my environment.
The whole process was successes except one little thing.
I found that workstations have IE6 were browsers website very slow each time
they started the new webpage, it would took approximately 15 seconds until
the webpage showed up. During the process, there was "detecting proxy
setting" message on the left bottom side of corner of IE 6 Brower.

However, workstations with IE8 didn't have any performance issues at all.
Workstation with IE8 have responded very fast and smoothly.
Does anyone experience the similar situation? Any solutions?
Please help me out here.
Thank you,
Allen

There was a patch for that,...although I can't say it will or wil not fix
your situation. You'l just have to try it and see what happens.

The MS's KB article KB906650. You can just google "KB906650" to find it.
