Ping to the internet from a client machine

I need assitance with ISA server...

the client side machines are not able to ping to internet past the
server...

they can access the internet.. but that is it..

ip filtering is enabled as is ip routing and PTPP through firewall...
however it seems to make no difference.... all icmp services are also
enableed to allow thing both through and back again....

anyone who has any help on the problems i am having please help me
through this..
