ISA Server Keeps giving Browser Error Messages..........

I run a ISA Server as a Firewall and Internal DNS. I keep getting
browser errors on the ISA server as below.

Source Browser.
The browser was unable to retrieve a list of servers from the browser
master \\SERVERNAME on the network
\Device\NetBT_Tcpip_{E761CEC1-9495-409D-A398-0A1512C7F830}. The data
is the error code.
I have tried everything i have seen on the group so far but am stumped
as to why the ISA server keeps losing contact with the internal
wins/Dns server.
Can anyone help ??
