FTP clients and ISA server

Hi all...

I have a problem with my ISA server. I have user who needs to update
our
company web site hosted by our ISP. He is able to connect to the ftp
using
web ftp (iexplorer)... But that can only be used for download right?

Now if he uses FlashFXP to connect to the ftp nothing happens... I
have tryed changing the firewall/proxy settings in flashfxp proxy4,
proxy5, http proxy none of them seem to work. Whant can I do ?

Do I need to change anything on the ISA server?

(BTW services running on the IAS server is Web proxy, Firewall,
Schedueld Content Download)
