problem with isa server internet connection

I have a problem with my isa server very strange. I use isa server
during 5 mouths. It work fine but sice the last week i have problem.
Once per day the isa server stop responding to web connections and
nothing can connect to the internet. I use it as a proxy server and
have all ports open.
