Help for ISA Proxy Setup

Hi all

I am new to ISA Proxy Server.I was installed ISA Server in win 2k
Advanced Server.And we have DishnetDSL Connection of 64Kpbs.I am not
able to configure ISA Proxy Server to share internet connection.

If the Proxy Service the running ,then the Internet connection have
only the less bytes recieving around 4000 Bytes like that.I stopped
all other ISA Services except Proxy,Same thing is happening.If i stop
proxy service then it is increasing.

Is 2-NIC is needed for ISA Proxy Server.

Can anyone help me to solve this problem.
