Hello,

My Norton Antivirus is blocking my access to Internet Explorer. A pop up
message
from Norton tells me that at attach on my computer has been blocked every time
I
try to access Internet Explorer. I need IEX for my home based business. I
contact Norton's live help center and after 2 hours of trying to fix the
problem
they concluded that there is some kind of virus in Internet Ex that is being
blocked by Norton.
I need some FREE way of eliminating whatever is IEX so Norton won't block
access
to it anymore.
Can anyone help me? I'm not interested if this is going to costs me money.

There should be something to allow processes to run in Norton, if it
really is a virus and you cannot get it working you may need to try
another anti virus program (Avast, AVG etc) and use it to get rid of the
virus. If this fails the only option may be a format and reinstall of
Windows.
