I have a customer who is in the insurance bus. He has a program that he runs
to give quotes. To get weekly updates for this product, the product uses the
web. On 3 different XP machines the update always worked great. But all of a
sudden on one of the systems (The one that hold the common data) I am getting
the following error:

“Network quotes directory not accessible f:\quickth\”

This is the folder for the program. The user is a member of the admin group
so there should be nothing that should be able to keep me from accessing this
folder. I can access the fo0lder all day long, via My Computer or a DOS
prompt. But not with the update.

Does anyone have any ideas why I would get this error, Google Search was no
help for me?

Thanks,
