Would that help with Netscape too? I have a problem accessing any site with
java and Netscape 7, IE5.5 or IE6. The browser basically aborts... exits.
The mouse disappears until I hit some combination of Esc, Return, Tab and/or
Control-C. I refresh the screen, and the browser is not there.

Sometimes I use Ctrl-Alt-Del, and somehow Norton's crash guard shows
up...kinda. I hit tab and the different buttons appear, and if I select a
quick-reload of the browser, or maybe it's the java window, and I maybe have
to do it a couple of times, the java window will become active and useable.

I think it's a java problem as it affects both Netscape and IE6, both of
which I loaded since the problem started appearing.

Any idea what I can do to fix this?

Phil
