Hi guys!

I'm getting the following error message all the time
(I think so) the java-virtual-machine works.
(in internetexplorer and other programms)

I'm using Win98 SE with Java v 1.2.1

Message:
****************************************
xxxx made an error whith a wrong page in modul
<unknown> at adress 0000:b00b87d3
****************************************

The following things I tried:

*reinstall java
*Updating java to 1.4.1 (sun) (newest)
*owerwrite all known dependency dlls of java
*update internetexplorer from 5.0 to 6
*overinstall win98se
*search for modified dlls and overwrite them whith original
*installing microsofts java vm

None of these did work.

I think a dll is damaged which is no system dll but wasn't
deleted when I unistalled java because it's also used by
an other application. How can I find a damaged dll like this?

Or any other suggestions?

mfg Christoph
