Radius Problem With NPS Windows 2008 and Nortel 470 switches

Hello,

I've upgraded to Windows 2008 server and I want to use it for Radius
authentication. I can get it to work on a Ruggedcom router using
Ruggedcom's VSA but I can't get the Nortel 470 and 5520 switches to
work. I have them working on Windows IAS but I can't get them to work
using NPS. Nortels use Radius standard attribute "service-type" =
"Administrative" and that's it. Nothing too hard about that. I have
2 Nortel 470's set up at the moment and I'm trying to use NPS. One
when I try to access the switch via http says that I've been granted
full access by NPS but the switch won't let me in. The other one says
I'm putting in the wrong userID or password in the NPS event logs
eventhough it's setup exactly like the other switch.
