PWS on a Standalone PC running Win 95

I have downloaded and installed PWS for Win 95 I do not have a network card.
ASP seems to be working fine until I try to make a DSNLess connection or DSN
connection to an access mdb database.

Keeps throwing up a OLE DB cannot find provider error.

If I get a network card would this solve my problems or is the problem in my
registry.

The help system also does not function the way it should.

I have found not real documentation of the PWS except what came with it.

The DSNLess connection was made with server variables and tested on a ISP
with ASP and it works fine. I also have the connection echoed to my monitor
and it is the right directory.
