When picking out recipients for a message I'm sending, is there anyway to
call up my entire e-mail Address Book and just go down the list and quickly
select the addresses I want the message to go to? I don't always know who
I'm going to send a message to and just need to go through my entire list
sometimes.

OExpress Help seems to give a way to do it by typing in a name and then
deleting it to show the whole Address Book, but when I delete the name I
typed, there are no names listed - it's completely blank. Thank you for
the help.

Hit Command+2 to open the address book in its own window. Then (for
multiple recipients) Command+Click on the addresses you desire. This will
multiple-select your desired contacts.

Then either select NEW MESSAGE TO from the top of the address book window,
or just drag the whole bunch of selected contacts into the the desired
address field of an already open mail message. You may drag into the TO, CC
or BCC fields.

If you merely start typing in the TO (or any) field, OE will attempt to
Auto-Complete the address only if it is already in the address book.
