I recently launched Outlook Express 5 only to find that all my messages and
folders had been cleared out--the only message left in my inbox was one
that welcomed me to Outlook Express! I had not chosen to update any
software, and the computer was not even online when I started Outlook, so I
don't understand how this could have happened. If you have any
suggestions for me to retrieve my messages, I would be very grateful.
