No. NNTP servers don't have that functionality.

There is an indirect way. Look to the right of the newsgroup window, see the
Eyeglass icon ? Click your post under that icon column. The post will turn
RED, with the eyeglass next to it.
Next time you want to check for answer, look to the LEFT under Quick View.
If you have an answer, Unread watched news will show a number, i.e.. (1)
