Netmeeting issue: Users can't see a document's images

Hello,

I'm having an issue with netmeeting. When the user shares his
desktop, people can see everything on his screen except for images
that are embedded into a document (Word doc, powerpoint, etc.) Also,
sometimes PDFs don't show up on their screen.

All windows and text appear normal.

Anyone have any thoughts?

I appreciate any advice you may have. Please let me know if you need
more information.

Hard to say -- this is an issue with one user only? The only thing I can
suggest is to make sure the display drivers on that machine are up to date.
