The fact that the router is wireless is not a factor -- the router itself
(and NAT process it uses to connect multiple computers to the internet
using only one public IP address) is the problem.
The usual strategy in this situation is for the router to be configured so
that the NetMeeting computer (on both routers) is designated as the DMZ
machine (different manufacturers routers may use different terminology but
the DMZ naming is the most common). Then the calling computer can call
using the *public* IP of the router as the calling address.
How to setup the DMZ and determine the public IP of the router is router
dependent.
