Transfer whole folders in email to cd/cards

I need to transfer whole folders to either cd’s or sd cards and cannot. I saw
a previous blog that stated to cut and paste each email to word and do it
this way, but there has to be a way you can transfer a whole folder that has
been saved?
I have 500+ emails in the folder w/attachments and to cut and past is just
not an option at this point. I would think windows has thought this through.
I do not see an option to send. You get emails each day and cannot cut and
paste each time they are received, and need a way to do them in bulk.
