To Whom It May Concern:

I'm receiving to following error message with Microsoft XP

Is Outlook Express still installed on these machines? Outlook requires OE
to be present:

Outlook Express is still on both machines. But in trying
to start Outlook Express on my windows 98 I get an error
MSOE.DLL can not load coud this be the cause for Outlook
2002 not getting or sending mail to the POP serever?

Thanks Hal for responding.

Sam
