Tracking email.

How do I track where an email came from? Here is what it looks like. I'm
not sure what to look for.

Each mail server that a message passes through adds a Received line. The top one is the most
recent and is from your ISP. The last one is from the server where the message entered the
Internet.

So that message was sent by ze...@aol.com via the mail.aol.com mail server.

Looks to me like the order is reversed here with the top one being within an intranet.
