Bulk Email Please Help!

Could someone please help me?

I am in need of a cheap to free bulk email program for the pupose of
sending out newsletters for my Class Homepage. This will not be used for
profit, SPAM, or business. I currently have over 150 people and will be
adding more and neither MSN nor Outlook Express can handle the load.
