Also what does mailto: mean?

And I know that CC means carbon copy but what does it do?Please E-mail me.

Sorry, misread the question.

To insert an address from the Address Book into the message body:

1) Click on the name

2) Click Properties

3) Click on the default address

4) Click Edit

5) CTRL + C to Copy

5) Click Cancel and Cancel again

Place your cursor in the message body where you want
to insert the address, then CTRL + V [or right-click/paste]

There may be another way...

Rather than cut/paste, highlight the name you want and double-click it. the name
will appear in the TO box to the right. then click OK and the name now appears
in the TO line of your message.

Where do you see this?

It sends a copy of your message to someone else. In the address book, highlight
the name and click on the CC.

Tom, "mailto:xxx@yyy" is a command line instruction that you can type in
your browser (or, in Windows 95, from Start/Run) to automatically fire-up
your default e-mail program for a new message with your recipient (xxx@yyy)
already filled-in. It's a shortcut to doing the same thing yourself -- use
it if you wish.
