MSN does not support the POP3/SMTP protocols required to send/receive
e-mail with Internet Mail and News/Outlook Express.
You must use Exchange/Messaging/Outlook for the time being.

Call your ISP and make sure that all of your DNS Entries are correct...tell
them that you need the IP address the STMP and the POP3 and then go into
options connection and make sure that they are correct...Hope this works
