wrong email account opens and receives email

I have two email addresses with att broadband. In Outlook
Express, when the program starts, both accounts are
displayed. Recently, sometimes the wrong account opens
up, but the correct email is received.. very odd. If I
try to switch accounts via the pulldown menu, program
disappears and won't start without a re-boot.
Any Ideas?
