extra storage from hotmail

i signed up for the extra storage but get no guidance on
how to get outlook express

i just used the hotmail stuff before but now they got my
money and i am on my own

could someone tell me what to do next

i went to the Microsoft page and they wanted me to
download exployer 6 which I already have

I can't get ahold of anyone

PS I am proud of myself for not spewing venom at
these ................ fill in the blank

What version of Windows are you using? Outlook Express has come with all versions of
Windows since Win98.
