Unable to send mail to hotmail

I am unable to send email to hotmail.com. I can receive
email from hotmail just fine. Also I can send mail
anywhere else just fine. I have looked up my mail servers
IP address to see if it was blacklisted but found no trace
of that being the case. Is there a way to find out if
Microsoft is denying mail from my domain? I have a
reverse lookup so that would not be the cause and I have
no proble resolving hotmail.com. Any help is appreciated!
