Someone set up a fraudulent hotmail account using my name

Is there anything I can do? I tried sending microsoft an
email, and they told me that they wouldn't do anything
about it unless I received an email from that account,
which I have not, but someone set up a hotmail using my
name to receive e-bills without paying them.

Anyone have any suggestions for me? Please let me know.

There's not much you can do if someone creates a mail account with a name the same as your
similar to your name.

If they contacted some company that you do business with and submitted their e-mail
address as the contact for your account, then you need to contact that company and give
them your real e-mail address.
