Microsoft Outlook and Contacts

Have been using Outlook for some time and building a list
of contacts. Recently, started using Outlook as my e-mail
client. Fine, it's doing good. But I cannot seem to
access my old contacts list to send out e-mails. Will I
have to copy each contact (and its details) individually
into the Outlook e-mail program, or is there some way to
copy them all at once, or can they be accessed in some
way?

Outlook Express enabled:
