Thanks for the suggestion, but text isn't an option in the program.
Also, when I convert from anything else, my columns are dropped or run
together, thus the need for enhanced output.

Have you tried setting up a "Generic/Text Only" printer that goes to a
file? That converts any printing to a plain text file. However, some
programs won't produce a useable report with that printer type (adjusting
column sizes may help). However, if you can't get your report into a
simple text file format, the people you send it to are going to have
trouble reading it.

Another more involved and expensive option would be Adobe Acrobat. You
would need to buy the Acrobat Exchange. This can be installed as a printer
driver and creates PDF files. You could attach those to the e-mail. The
people who receive the statements would all need the free Acrobat Reader.
