Hello

Is there any option either to receive mails only or send mails only by
'Internet Mail'? I am using MSIE 3.0.
'Send and receive' option does the both, whereas I require one service
at a time. I think this facility is present in Netscape Navigator.

If you close Internet Mail with messages in the Outbox, it will ask if you
want to send them. If you do, it will not try to receive.

There is no way to receive messages without trying to send any in the
Outbox.

If you want to write a message, but not send it right away, when you are
finished composing the message, click the X in the upper right hand corner
of the composition window. You will be asked if you want to Save the
Changes to the message. Click on Yes.

The message is placed in the Inbox (IE3) with a special icon (open envelope
with a letter on it). Later double click the message header to open it and
continue writing. Then Send as normal.
