All say the same thing: I've not violated any terms of service or policies.
In the majority of cases, a tech has asked Hotmail account users to write to
the "Abuse Team" but, of course, this produces no solution or results either.
Files are blocked. Email contacts are blocked. Old posts are blocked.
How can MS possibly believe this is an appropriate way to do business?
Please understand that the "Microsoft Discussions" forums are merely a
front-end to the Usenet NNTP forums, which are not owned nor moderated
by Microsoft. Connect directly to the NNTP newsgroups to see complete
content.
Send your questions and problems directly to Microsoft using whatever
method they provide on their website. Posting a comment within the
forums does nothing but clutter the content and comments won't get read
by anyone other than fellow users who can't help you.
