1. What OS is better to use when setting up a webserver
2. If I was to setup a Webserver and sell it, would i need any special
registration for using the OS, or any other software over the net.
3. How exactly do you go about setting up a complete website, for instance

Linux is free and a power OS. You can obtain all tools that you need.Windows NT
is the more easy to setup and use.

No !If you use the software acording the license, read It.
Microsoft doen't chage aditional price to use it's server for the internet.
Linus it's free and the 90% of the software that you need to setup a linux web
server is free too.

You need a dns server, a web server and a point to point line (direct
connection to the intenet) you can't use a modem to setup a site.
