Have a user whose workstation does not show web pages that have or use java.
I can go to the java home page but when I click on a download link the page
is blank. You tube videos will not play. I go to the log on page for
exchange server web mail the page does not display. It doesn't matter who
logs in to the machine it is the same for every profile. Firefox works
fine. IE does not. Scanned for virus, spyware. Looking for any
suggestions/help.

Thanks

1) you are talking about 'Java' or about 'Javascript' ?

2) if 'Java' what does this page tell you:
http://java.com/en/download/installed.jsp?detect=jre&try=1

It should say somthing like (all non-important stuff for now ignored):
'Your Java version is Version 6 Update 13' (or, another version number)

3) if 'Javascript', go to this page:
http://www.w3schools.com/jsref/tryit.asp?filename=tryjsref_abs

and tell us if you see these 3 numbers on the right side of your screen:
7.25
7.25
2.75

1. Not sure. That's what I'm trying to figure out or understand.

2. 1.60_15

3. It does not display numbers on the side.

that's odd, on my computer it says "Your Java version is Version 6
Update 13", which is in o way comparable to "1.60_15"...

Than "Javascript" does not work on your computer

Javascript is a scripting language which runs on your local computer (if
enabled)

Try to find out how to enable Javascript
(http://www.google.com/search?hl=nl&q=how+to+enable+javascript&lr=)
