To open a infopath form, it asks me to insert a smart card

it is very strange. My infopath form is customized with code. I have add my
certificate to it. Then I send it to customers, when they are opening it, a
message box pops out, indicating"please insert a smart card". Why?

And is there any possible that it does not need a certificate that a form
could be trust?

Yes, I select Full Trust and add a credential to it. How can i solve it?

And the customers who have this problem seems all using laptop
