Yes, you'll have to. There are tools like InfoView
(http://www.infoview.com) that will convert IP-Forms
to HTML-Forms.

You can also wait for Sharepoint v3 which will be able
to show IP-Forms directly as Web-Forms without having
to install Infopath on client machines (only on form-
designer-machines).
