Emailing an infopath form

I am very new at using infopath and my manager wanted me to create a form and
be able to use the submit button and send her the form everyday, but when I
hit the submit button and send it to her it sends it in a notepad. Is there
anyway to change the attachment to open as something else that is readable?

Hi,
You can send form as attachment or you can display form in the mail by
selecting "Send form data as attachment" or "Send active view of the form"
options while taking Email submit data connection.
