idq/htx files page cannot be found

Hi,

I'm running windows 2003 WITHOUT IIS lockdown tool. I have
successfully been able to install the Microsoft Index Server as well
as query the catalog using the query catalogs within its native query
GUI. When I try to query using the my custom website, it gives me an
error for the query.idq file that page cannot be found. When i
renamed the file to query.txt, the file is there.

1. How do I rectify this on Windows 2003 so it works
2. Does the htx file need to be added to IIS for a particular
mapping? If so what is it?

What is can be the problem?
