Missing IIS Component, pagecnt.dll

I cannot find pagecnt.dll, which is required for using the pagecounter
in ASP. I installed NT 4.0, Service Pack 5, IE 5, and then Option Pack
4. I've gone through all the Option Pack cab files looking for
pagecnt.dll but I can't find it. The only thing I can guess is that it
is included with Service Pack 3/IIS 3, and they left it out of Option
Pack 4. Does anyone have any ideas. If someone could send me
pagecnt.dll (for IIS 4, IIS 5 version does not seem want to register
with regsvr32) to jfu...@ehso.emory.edu, I would appreciate it.

pagecnt.dll is included in the IIS Resource Kit,
not as a part of the basic IIS install.
