IIS Administration Site Problem

I host about 10 websites on IIS under windows 2000 server but i have a
problem with the administration site, every time i try to access it, it
askes for a password (with the standard network password diaglog).

I have tried entering the username/password of the administrator account and
another admin account i created to test it, also I have set it under iis to
run under the admin accout and the built in IUSR account, but neither made
any difference.
I have also just reinstalled IIS but that didnt help either.
Anybody got any ideas?
