You could download the IIS metabase editor, it may show you some additional
details that you need to get access to these keys from the IIS metabase.

Thanks Chris,

I have been using an older verion of this tool included in
the IIS Res Kit. I ran a check on this key using the
updated tool and it reported that there was no entry in
schema/properties/names for this property. So I guess
this is a problem.

A third party tool that could query the certificate
directly from the command line would be ideal.
