take your machine offline, run a virus scanner (an up-to-date one!) and
follow the removakl instructions from www.antivirus.com if it transpires
you DO have the worm.

On a side note, I have not heard of the Blaster worm being run inside of a dllhost.exe process, as of yet, anyway.
