Hi,
I am trying to test a new site with ecommerce so I installed SelfSSL and
tried to create an SSL for my site.
I ran this command
selfssl.exe /N:CN=test.mytestdomain.com /K:1024 /V:7 /S:mysitesid
I chose yes to replace the sites SSL settings.

In IIS I can right click the site>Properties>Directory Security Tab
View Certificate:
I see issued to/by as test.mydomain.com valid from today through 12/23
it also says I have a private key that corresponds to this cert.

It looks like its configured properly but in reality it doesn't appear to be
so.
When I try to view my website ie: https://test.mydomain.com it prompts a
warning and I try to add a security exception. However ut it shows the cert
for another domain that is on the site rather than the one that I created
with selfssl.

How do I properly configure my site with my self signed SSL so I can test
this website?

Thanks

Also it seems as if I can't restart the website. I thought maybe stopping
and restarting would help.

When I try to restart it says something about the port maybe being in use.

I forgot each website needs to have its own IP for SSL.
