This has what to do with IIS? And you only need to post once!!
Try an outlook express group - and be a bit more specific...
So you have outlook express in ireland and you are trying to open mail on a
mail server in the US?
then setup an account to read it, (Tool's --> Accounts --> New --> Mail -->
POP3 etc)....
