Most of the time, the intranet site successfully links to
these documents and serves them up for the user through
the browser. Occasionally, they get an HTTP 500 -
Internal server error message when trying to access these
files. If you turn off freindly error messages, the error
message says that "The account is currently Locked and is
unable to log on". The same error message appears in the
IIS MMC snap in.
Why does it happen only some times and how do you fix it?
Previously, I had another account set up that never had
this problem. Recently the account had to be set up again
and I am plagued with this problem. Anything you can
pass along information wise is greatly appreciated.
Michael
