How to access the data from Active Directory Users and Computers?

Guys! My customauth.dll is working at last.

PLease help me on how can I access the records from the Active
Directory Users and Computers.

Here is the situation:

I want to create a login page that has a "Send me my Password" button.
All he have to do is to enter his username then using the username, I
will query it in the Active Directory Users Computers.

PLease help. Do you think that It is powerful on ASP.net?
