Processing new certificate request file error???

Hi,

I have create create a cert request file and used MS certificate service 2.0
on local IIS server to process the authorization for the new certificate.
At then of the process I get the following error:

Your request failed. An error occurred while the server was processing your
request.

Contact your administrator for further assistance.

Disposition message:
(none)
Result:
The binding handle is invalid. 0x800706a6 (WIN32: 1702)

Suggested Cause:
No suggestions.

Any ideas would be appriciate...

I'm not to sure about this error message it's uncommon. Are you by chance
running a Citrix product also?

July 2nd: A Security patch for IIS 4.0 and 5.0 has been updated. This
patch is not a cumulative patch. We will release an Internet Information
Server patch which is cumulative and rolls up this fix at a later time.
