Surprisingly I have the same problem

I am running IIS 5 on a Win2k enviorment and all the regular stuff is done disbling index server and all. But for some unknown reason the web server decides to stop every one hour. Nothing in the event log....or web logs.

The most common answer is you have been hacked by Code Red.

Have you run a Code Red scanner over it?
