I am getting and Access denied attempting to launch a DCOM Server. The
server is: {0C0A3666-30C9-11D0-8F20-00805F2CD064}
User: IWAM_

I figured out that is is trying to access the MDM (Machine Debugging
Manager) and that the user IWAM_ doesn't have access. But what is
triggereing this error. Is it IIS, ASP?. Also at the same time of this
error under the application events i was told that the Active Server
Pages service was started. The machine hadn't been rebooted
