There are some people that don't know that they need to come back here and
look for the reply. These people are waiting for a personal email reply,
which is not the best way to do Usenet newsgroup tech support IMHO, because
no one else gets to benefit from the answer. Hopefully you can see the
answers people have received here? [You may have to click on the + sign to
expand the list of email replies in the message "thread."]
