Dropped connections to oracle database through terminal services

I have several dozen terminal server users who access a web-based database to
do their work. Recently, they are getting kicked out of the database with a
client forms error: "FRM-92102: A network error has occurred. The forms

without success."

The terminal server users do not lose connectivity to the terminal servers,
nor other web access. This problem is not occurring with PC users connecting
to the database.
